So many wonderful recipes. I am new to Tagine cooking. Very well written. I have already cooked several recipes. I also love the fact that you can print the ebook in the form of recipe cards. Printing was easy – I used my own printer – and I ordered laminating sheets from Amazone for less than $5. if you don’t use recipe cards yet for cooking, you are wasting a lot of time! I was introduced to recipe cards last year by my step-sister, since I started using them, I spent less time in the kitchen and I feel much more organized. Thank you littlemoroccanthings for the delicious tagine recipes and for giving us the option to print them in recipe cards!

I am very pleased with my purchase of this cookbook. If you are getting into Tagine cooking, this is pretty much all you need to get started! I wanted to learn the basics and techniques behind this style of cooking and wasn’t disappointed with the recipes included. A really good addition to your cookbook collection!

This is the 2nd one I purchase. It was a gift for my sister but I have one and feel it is a great starter cookbook for Moroccan cooking. I love the recipes in this cookbook. Have not made anything that’s not terrific tasting and easy to make.

Not all the recipes are for tagine. one is for Moroccan mint tea and one for Moroccan cookies which I can’t eat as I am on a diet. But I tried two tagine recipes and they were really good. I like the fact that I have the recipes with me on my phone and tablet. It means that I can make tagines when I visit my daughter. I don’t have a printer but I’m planning to print them at CVS. For the price ($0.20) it’s very worth it.

Rather bland appearance compared to some beautiful glossy ones out there, but it has the best selection of recipes. Easy, delicious, and quick! I printed the recipe cards – which was very easy, and I put them in sheet protectors, and voilà. I can reach them anytime and don’t have to worry about getting them dirty or messy. Genious!

It’s the best tagine recipe book I have. Though my taste does not run particularly toward Moroccan or middle eastern cuisine, these recipes are easily adaptable and work perfectly for me.

This cookbook is well thought out and has some very good recipes that I am looking forward to trying out. I have only tried one recipe so far but it turned out perfect and was easy to follow. I am new to tagine cooking and love the flavors. I feel the author took the time to consider that the cook wants a great experience for chef without being difficult.
